Do you ship to the US and Canada?
Yes. We ship across North America, with customs and duties handled and tracking provided. Orders can go to a single address or to many recipient addresses on one order.
What is the minimum order for corporate gifting?
Corporate programs start at around 10 pieces for executive sets and scale to thousands of units for company wide appreciation. Individual gift boxes have no minimum and can be ordered one at a time.
How long does it take?
Standard volumes are produced in about 2 to 3 weeks. With international transit, plan for roughly 3 to 6 weeks end to end. Every order receives a confirmed delivery window in its quote. Large programs are scheduled to your date.
Can the gifts be branded?
Yes. We add custom branded sleeves, occasion note cards, ribbons and personalised messaging. Branding is applied to complement the craft, not to cover it.
