At TA Studios Pvt Ltd, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. Please carefully review the following terms related to exchanges and refunds.

1. Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy applies to orders within India only. We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

Our exchange policy applies exclusively to non-sale items and is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your order. For garments, exchanges are offered for a different size only, subject to availability. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process an exchange. However, customers may opt for store credit in lieu of an exchange.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Eligibility for Exchange:

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be returned with all original tags and in the original packaging.
  • The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.

Procedure for Exchange:

  1. To initiate an exchange, please email us at customer.support@taroob.com with the following details:
    • A photo of the item showing it in its original condition.
    • The receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Ensure that the item is returned with its original packaging and tags intact.
  2. Our customer support team will respond to your request within 2-3 working days.
  3. Please send the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your order, in its original packaging, complete with all tags. Once the parcel reaches us, it will go through a quality check (QC) inspection, and our customer support team will get in touch with you after the inspection is complete. The courier cost of sending the parcel to us for an exchange must be borne by the customer.

Exchange via Store Credit:

  • If preferred, you may opt to receive the exchange value in the form of store credit to be used on future purchases at TA Studios Pvt Ltd.

2. Return and Refund Policy

At this time, TA Studios Pvt Ltd does not offer returns or refunds on any of our products. Please ensure that you carefully select your items before making a purchase.

3. Modification of Policy

We reserve the right to amend or modify our exchange or refund policy at any time, without prior notice. Any modifications will be posted on this page. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Note: All exchanges are subject to approval at the sole discretion of TA Studios Pvt Ltd. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
